Multi-year retainer
P8 · FUGITIVES
LDAR and fugitive emissions programmes
Programme design, tagging and monitoring audits, contractor QA, and VOC/BTEX quantification.
For
Upstream and LNG operators
Term
Campaign plus annual audit
P9 · SOURCES
Source apportionment studies
HYSPLIT trajectory analysis, desert dust and black carbon characterisation, and source apportionment to tell regulators which sources to act on.
For
Environment ministries, health agencies

Seasonal to multi-year
How we engage
Four ways to bring us in
Large programmes rarely need another contractor. They need someone on the owner’s side who knows what correct looks like and can prove it.
Owner’s engineer
Your technical authority
We write the specification, evaluate bids, and supervise the contractor through delivery and acceptance.
Independent verifier
Third-party assurance
Audits and data ratification that stand up in front of regulators and courts.
Consortium lead
Turnkey delivery
For design-build-operate tenders we lead a vetted consortium of instrument suppliers and accredited laboratories.
Expert retainer
On call for the board
Expert review, incident evaluation and regulator negotiation on a standing monthly retainer.
Track record
Selected engagements
Client identities are withheld under confidentiality. Full references are shared under NDA at the qualification stage.

I bridge the three places air quality decisions get made: the plant, the regulator, and the laboratory.
My career started installing and calibrating ambient stations on a national monitoring programme, then moved into an EU-GMP pharmaceutical plant where I built environmental, quality and safety management systems. At an industrial-city regulator in Saudi Arabia I ran the regional monitoring network and reviewed the compliance submissions of an entire petrochemical base: CEMS, stack tests, LDAR, EIAs and operating permits.
Clients bring me in when the numbers have to hold: when a network is being specified, a permit challenged, a contractor’s data questioned, or an EIA must pass regulatory review.
